Pretty Feedback
Having known Guy for a few years it was a total pleasure to have him and the rest of the band play at our wedding. From the first time we went to watch The Pretty Weeds, we knew from the first song that they were the band we wanted and knew that they would fit perfectly into our special day. It was lovely to have met the rest of the band a couple of times before the wedding as it made it feel so much more personal on the day. They were so accommodating and were willing to work around all of our timings which made working with them absolutely stress free. On the day they were even more fantastic than we had hoped, Carol was circulating the room and really got the crowd interaction going, which everyone loved! Lee was giving the bass player a run for his money, the dance floor was never empty and they even got the bridesmaids and ushers up to do a song! The whole atmosphere in the tipis was buzzing and the chants of "one more song" kept ringing out, to which the band were more than happy to oblige to! We really can't recommend The Pretty Weeds enough and wish we could do it all over again! We look forward to going to watch them again to relive our wedding day fun! Thank you so much, Jo & Lee
"Ahh The Pretty Weeds.... I can't recommend them highly enough. I invited them to play at my 40th Birthday party at the Black Swan in Newcastle and they were just fantastic and so much fun. They had everyone on the dance floor with a good mix of music and I found my inner diva as a backing singer. Can't wait to see them again if not before at my next significant birthday!"
